Ingredients
- Minced beef and pork 500 g
- Onion 1
- Garlic cloves 2
- Pork liver pate 125 g
- Homemade fried tomato 200 ml
- Pasta sheets for cannelloni 30
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Shall
- Wheat flour 80 g
- Butter 100 g
- Milk 1 l
- Grated cheese for gratin
Instructions
- Although she insists that there is no mystery to making her cannelloni, the truth is that it is an entertaining recipe with no particularly difficult steps.
- We begin by chopping the onion and garlic and poaching them in a pan. Then we add the minced meat and, once it has browned, the pate, stirring well until it is well combined. We take the pan off the heat and set it aside.
- On the other hand, we cook the pasta sheets in abundant boiling salty water, stirring frequently so that they do not stick. Drain them with cold water after 10 minutes (or whatever the container specifies) and quickly spread them on a kitchen towel.
- Now it's time to fill the cannelloni with the minced meat . It is best not to put too many so that they close properly, but just enough so that they are not scarce. To make them juicier, my grandmother spreads tomato sauce on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
