Ingredients

  • 400 g of Choy sum
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Allow the Choy sum to boil for a minute in the water with the oil, salt, and sugar. We then immerse it in cold water and allow it to dry.
  2. For a minute, brown the garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for another minute after adding the vegetables.
