Ingredients
- 400 g of Choy sum
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Allow the Choy sum to boil for a minute in the water with the oil, salt, and sugar. We then immerse it in cold water and allow it to dry.
- For a minute, brown the garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for another minute after adding the vegetables.
