FRENCH SAUCE FOR SALADS


My version of vinaigrette sauce with mustard and honey is French salad dressing. You can use it to enhance the flavor of your salads. You can also use balsamic vinegar instead of white wine vinegar in this recipe.

Additional Time 5 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Combine thoroughly.
