Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
- Coriander
- 1 tbsp Red chili
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1 tbsp Hot spices
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Instructions
- To begin, heat 2-3 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Mix in the cinnamon, cloves, cumin, and bay leaf. Sauté the onion and peas until softened.
- 1 teaspoon of besan Then add the red chili, turmeric, cumin, ginger, and garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes. Then cover with tomato, salt, and water
- Then stir in the Kasuri methi, garam masala, cream or kim, and grated cheese.
