- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- flour
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

- shall
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- nutmeg
- For the tzatziki sauce:
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 yogurt
- shall
- ginger
- dill

Instructions
- Peel the potato and finely chop the chives. Put them in a mixing bowl with the nutmeg, oregano, and tomato paste. Combine the minced meat and breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl. Season and knead.
- Form the meatballs into oval shapes (with wet hands you will prevent the dough from sticking). Place them in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After they have cooled, flour them and fry them in a pan with plenty of hot oil until golden brown. Transfer them to a dish lined with absorbent paper to drain excess fat. Reserve.
- Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds from the inside to make the tzatziki sauce. Chop it, place it in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper. 2 teaspoons minced mint, 2 teaspoons parsley, and a pinch grated ginger Dill, chopped, should be mixed in with the yogurt. Combine thoroughly.
