  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • 20 g of hibiscus flower
  • 20 grams of sugar
  • 4 scoops of ice cream
  • mint leaves


    1. In a saucepan, heat a glass of water with the sugar. When the water begins to boil, add the hibiscus leaves, remove from the heat, and cover the saucepan. Allow to cool before straining.
    2. Peel and cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces. Put them in a bowl with the infusion and cover with water.
    3. Divide the fruits among four glasses, top with an ice cream scoop, and garnish with mint leaves. Dessert should be served.
