Mussels in sauce


The mussels in sauce are made by cleaning the mussels and combining them in a pan with half an onion that has already been browned, parsley, garlic, and wine. When the mussels begin to open, the tomato is added. The steps for mussels in sauce are as follows.

- White wine 3 cl
- White onion 1 / 2
- Pomodori ramati 200 g
- Fresh chilli 1
- Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Brown the half onion cut into julienne strips in a pan with the oil, then add the mussels, parsley, garlic, chopped chilli, and wine, mix, and cook with a lid.
- When the mussels start to open, add the tomato and cook until the mussels are completely open. Serve the dish with homemade bread bruschetta at the table.
