Ingredients

  • 1 glass Rice
  • 200 grams Desi cheese
  • 1/2 cup Pea
  • 2-3 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 2-3 Green chilly
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1-2 black cardamom
  • 1 piece Cinnamon
  • 2-3 small cardamom
  • 4-5 black pepper
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp briani masala
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 4-5 tsp ghee or oil

Instructions

    1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it for 30 minutes. Keep the onion and tomato cut. Green chilies should also be cut in the middle. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Heat two spoons of oil in a pan, then fry the cut paneer in it until it turns light brown. Add cumin, bay leaf, big cardamom, small lachi, long, cinnamon, and the remaining oil or ghee to the pan. Fry everything together with black pepper.
    2. Now, add the chopped onions and fry them. Then add the chopped green chilies and garlic ginger paste and continue to cook until it turns brown. When the onion has been thoroughly roasted, stir in the chopped tomatoes.
    3. Put in all of the powdered spices and cook for 1-2 minutes, covered. When the masala is thoroughly cooked, add the peas. Hey, everything's fine.
    4. Now add the fried paneer and stir well. Now stir in the soaked rice. All of the ingredients should be thoroughly combined.
