Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g of low-fat spreadable cheese
  • 1/3 teaspoon of baking powder or baking soda

  • 1 egg + 50 g of egg white
  • 60 g in 0% yogurt

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Fahrenheit and line a dripping pan with parchment paper.
