  • 200 g of flour for cakes

  • 125 g of butter
  • 100 g of chopped almonds
  • 1 yolk
  • 50 g of chopped candied oranges or grated peel
  • 1 yolk for brushing
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • grated lemon peel


    1. Pour all of the ingredients into the robot and knead quickly. Take the dough and let it rest for a whole night if possible at a temperature of 20°, or 30 minutes if you're in a hurry, as I did.
    2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, roll out a sheet about half a centimeter thick, cut out circles with a glass, arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush with the yolk, and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden.
