Smoked salmon roast recipe

Salmon is an excellent fish; it is very versatile in the kitchen, and I am always looking for new ways to prepare it; this recipe is an inventive way to cook it in foil.

Cook Time 20 minutes
Additional Time 5 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes


  • 100 gr smoked salmon
  • 1  leaf black broadleaf seaweed
  • 200 gr medium cut shrimp


    1. The shrimp should be shelled. To keep them straight, place them on a wooden skewer. Dip them for 4 or 5 minutes in the boiling broth. Remove them and set them aside to cool.
    2. Roll out the Nori leaf, then arrange the smoked salmon and prawns lengthwise. Roll up the leaf and use cold water to glue it at the end.
    3. Cut the roll into four wedges and top with dill leaves.
