- 100 gr smoked salmon
- 1 leaf black broadleaf seaweed
- 200 gr medium cut shrimp
- The shrimp should be shelled. To keep them straight, place them on a wooden skewer. Dip them for 4 or 5 minutes in the boiling broth. Remove them and set them aside to cool.
- Roll out the Nori leaf, then arrange the smoked salmon and prawns lengthwise. Roll up the leaf and use cold water to glue it at the end.
- Cut the roll into four wedges and top with dill leaves.
