Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes cut into quarters
- 1/4 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 100 grams of noodle
- 3 cups black bean broth
- 2 Knorr Chicken Broth Cube
- 2 cups cooked black beans
Instructions
- Combine the tomato, onion, and garlic with 1 cup of water in a blender. Reserve and strain.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the noodles until golden brown. Pour in the tomato sauce and season for about 5 minutes over low heat.
- Pour in the bean stock, Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth cubes, and beans.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, over low heat.
- Serve the noodles when they are fully cooked.
