  • 3 tomatoes cut into quarters
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 100 grams of noodle
  • 3 cups black bean broth
  • 2 Knorr Chicken Broth Cube
  • 2 cups cooked black beans


    1. Combine the tomato, onion, and garlic with 1 cup of water in a blender. Reserve and strain.
    2. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the noodles until golden brown. Pour in the tomato sauce and season for about 5 minutes over low heat.
    3. Pour in the bean stock, Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth cubes, and beans.
    4. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, over low heat.
    5. Serve the noodles when they are fully cooked.
