Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of cooked black beans
  • 1 frizzy lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 Italian lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup of tomato chopped
  • 5 radishes filleted
  • 5 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

    1. Combine the lettuce, tomato, beans, and sliced radish in a mixing bowl.
    2. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining vinaigrette ingredients, salt, and pepper, and toss with the salad.
    3. Adjust the seasoning and serve.
