  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 kg chicken (in boneless pieces)
  • 300 grams tomatoes
  • 11/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp kasoori methi
  • 300 g fresh cream
  • 1 piece Ginger , julienne


    1. In a pan, heat the oil.
    2. Toss in the ginger-garlic paste and the chicken.
    3. Cook the chicken until it is golden brown.

    6. Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.

    9. Serve with steamed rice and garnished with green chilies and coriander leaves.
