Chicken shashlik skewers are the most popular dish in lovely Poland. The tender and succulent meat has been expertly marinated, grilled, and glazed. You can substitute zucchini, mushrooms, and onion for the chicken pieces.

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 150 g red onion
  • 1peperone
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 1 / 3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 / 3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 / 2 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 / 2 tablespoon oregano
  • q.b.peperoncino
  • q.b.timo
  • to taste coriander (or parsley)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon curry


    1. Let's get started on our chicken shashlik skewers.
    2. Remove the excess fat from the chicken breast and cut it into 3 cm pieces. Marinate the meat in a bowl for 30 minutes with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, chili, thyme, coriander, two tablespoons lemon juice, and a tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. Vegetables should be washed and cut. We alternate the vegetables and the meat on the skewer after removing the chicken from the marinade. If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes before shaping our chicken shashlik skewers.
    3. Grill on the grill. Brush with the glaze made by combining honey, a tablespoon of oil, a tablespoon of lemon juice, and curry. The chicken shashlik skewers are ready to eat.
