Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 2 kg chicken breasts
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce

Instructions

    1. Combine the cornstarch and water in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; sauté chicken and garlic for 1 minute.
