  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 2 kg chicken breasts
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
