Ingredients
- Potato 4
- Smoked salmon 250 g
- Cream cheese 300 g
- Extra virgin olive oil 20 ml
- Lemon 1
- Fresh dill
- Shall
- Ground black pepper
Instructions
- In the microwave, we'll begin "roasting" the potatoes. For this, we placed a small amount of water in a glass container with a lid. We, on the other hand, wash and scratch the potatoes with their skin before cutting them in half and making cross-cuts with a knife without touching the skin. We put them in the glass dish, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and cover them. Cook for 5 minutes in a microwave at 800W. We came to a halt.
- We continue to cook for another five minutes. We open the container and prick them; if they are still hard, we cook them at the same temperature for three minutes at a time, until the tip of a knife easily passes through them but they remain whole.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, dill, and ground pepper. After the potatoes have been roasted, spread a teaspoon of cream cheese on top and top with the smoked salmon. Grate the lemon and sprinkle with the zest. We provide immediate service.
