Ingredients
- Red chili powder (1/2 tsp)
- Coriander Powder (1 tsp)
- Lemon juice
- curry leaves
- Refined oil (1 tbsp)
- To make curry:
- refined oil
- Fennel (1/2 tsp)
- Green cardamom (4-5)
- Coconut milk (as needed)
- Tomatoes (7-8 cherries)
- Mustard seeds (1/2 tsp)
- Black pepper (1/2 tsp)
- stale fish
- Onion (2)
- Ginger (1 inch)
- Garlic buds 5-6
- Green chili (6-7)
- Turmeric (1 tsp)
Instructions
- Cut the ginger, garlic, and onion into small pieces.
- Cut the green chili into small pieces after cutting it lengthwise.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped green chili, ginger, garlic, green chili, onion, turmeric powder, half teaspoon red chili powder, coriander powder, a few curry leaves, half a lemon's juice, salt, and a generous amount of refined oil.
- Combine all of these ingredients thoroughly
- In a pan, heat a small amount of refined oil.
- Stir in the curry leaves, mustard seeds, black pepper, fennel, and green cardamom.
