  • Fine salt
  • Fry oil

Instructions

    1. A recipe for reusing a portion of the potatoes that would otherwise go to waste in many dishes. The fried potato peels help us reduce waste by preparing a tasty and easy-to-prepare side dish or snack. Cooking these peel chips in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil and rosemary is an alternative to cooking them in boiling oil.
    2. You can serve the fried potato skins with classic sauces used for french fries, such as ketchup and mayonnaise, or you can add paprika to the salt, or other fresh spices like thyme and marjoram. To make this recipe, we recommend using potatoes with smooth skin, intact skin, and no sprouts, preferably organically grown.
    3. Serve fried or baked potato skins with other vegetables like pumpkin chips with rosemary or beets, Jerusalem artichokes, and carrots!
