Instant Pot Lo Mein- Asian Style Vegan Instant Pot Noodles made in the pressure cooker with simple pantry ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Noodles
  • Water or Vegetable Broth
  • Vegetables- Read the note below on the kind of vegetables
  • I am Willow
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Sriracha
  • Sesame Oil
  • Brown Sugar
  • Garlic
  • Chilli Paste

Instructions

    1. Cut the vegetables, make the sauce, and combine all of the ingredients.
    2. In the pressure cooker, layer the ingredients and cook for 4 minutes.
    3. The release is quick.
    4. This is the final step, in which you add vegetables that can be eaten raw and leave the noodles in the instant pot for 2-3 minutes on “Keep Warm” mode.
    5. To double the recipe, simply double the ingredients while maintaining the same cooking time.
