Malaysian pancakes recipe

We know there are a lot of pancake recipes out there, so here's another one. My family and I love these pancakes, and I highly recommend that you try them.

Total Time 25 minutes


  • 4 plane trees
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 8 dl coconut milk
  • crushed pistachio for garnish
  • cook chocolate to decorate
  • 15 days flour
  • 2,5 dlLeche
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 days softened butter
  • a pinch of salt


    1. Mix in 8 teaspoons of edible green into the pancake mix.
    2. Bake the pancakes and fill them with mashed bananas boiled in coconut milk (if you can't find coconut, natural milk will suffice) and sugar.
    3. Roll up and drizzle with melted chocolate, then sprinkle with pistachios.
