Paneer Bhurji is a popular Indian dish that is enjoyed by people all over the world. It's a simple, spicy dish that goes well with bread and parathas.

  • 1 cup mashed paneer
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • cup finely chopped onion
  • cup chopped tomato
  • tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves salt ,
  • as per taste


    1. Heat oil in a nonstick tava (griddle) and add cumin seeds to make Paneer Bhurji. When the cumin seeds begin to crackle, add the onion and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on high heat. Add the tomatoes and 2 tbsp of water, mix well, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, on a low heat.
    2. Add the pav bhaji masala, turmeric, red chili powder, green chilies, and 1 tbsp water, mix well, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, stirring constantly.
    3. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, stirring occasionally, after adding the paneer, salt, coriander, and 1 tbsp of water.
    4. Serve hot paneer bhurji.
