Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed paneer
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- cup finely chopped onion
- cup chopped tomato
- tsp pav bhaji masala
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves salt ,
- as per taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a nonstick tava (griddle) and add cumin seeds to make Paneer Bhurji. When the cumin seeds begin to crackle, add the onion and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on high heat. Add the tomatoes and 2 tbsp of water, mix well, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, on a low heat.
- Add the pav bhaji masala, turmeric, red chili powder, green chilies, and 1 tbsp water, mix well, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, stirring constantly.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, stirring occasionally, after adding the paneer, salt, coriander, and 1 tbsp of water.
- Serve hot paneer bhurji.
