Ingredients
- Boneless CHICKEN 1
- SPRING ONIONS (green) 4
- Dry SHERRY 2 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons SESAME OIL
- SEED OIL TO taste
- SALE q.b.
- WHITE PEPPER TO taste
Instructions
- When the oil is hot, add the chicken, cut into small pieces, and brown it for a few minutes before removing it from the pan.
- Season the chicken liberally with salt and pepper.
- Brown the spring onions, cut lengthwise, in the same pan and oil used to brown the chicken (about 30 seconds).
- At this point, add the reserved chicken and sherry to the pan; stir and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Then add the sesame oil, stir for about 20 seconds, and serve right away.
