Super spicy chilli cream recipe

The super spicy chilli cream is a sauce that is popular not only in Italy, but also in Central and South America and Southeast Asia.

  • Fresh hot pepper: 100 g.
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
  • seed oil: 50 ml.
  • Salt to taste


    1. To begin, thoroughly clean the chillies and cut them in half. After that, remove a portion of the seeds (or keep them all if you are a real daredevil and want to challenge this infernal sauce in all its power). Place the peppers in a colander and press them with a weight to extract the vegetation water.
    2. Set aside 2 chillies and combine the rest with the garlic clove, oregano, and a pinch of salt. Blend in a drizzle of seed or olive oil to create a cream that is as homogeneous as possible. Pour the super hot chili cream into a bowl and garnish with the two reserved peppers. Serve with croutons or with Mexican dishes, or use a small amount to season pasta.
