VEGAN BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

VEGAN BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

This vegan buttercream frosting is so creamy and silky that you’ll fall in love with it!

It looks great on top of cakes or cupcakes. It would also be delicious spread on cookies. If you’re looking for a vegan sugar cookie frosting, this would be ideal!

It’s a simple four-ingredient recipe that’s completely adaptable and consistently delicious.

I tried this recipe on our vegan vanilla cake while testing it, and that’s the cake you see below. I doubled our vanilla cake recipe to make a 9-inch cake, and this frosting was just right for a 9-inch cake.

As evidenced by the photos below, I probably made the frosting in the center of the cake a little too thick. Whoops, it’s a little thicker in the middle than at the top!

On a white cake stand, a vanilla cake with vegan buttercream frosting.

However, it is more than enough frosting for a 9-inch cake, and it will also work well for an 8-inch cake. They just have it a little thicker, which I don’t think is a problem.

These are our Vegane Vanille Cupcakes, and as you can see in the photos, this was the perfect amount of frosting to make 12 cupcakes.

As you can see, it’s just a bunch of frosting that I didn’t care about. You could frost a lot more cupcakes if you whistled less or handed it out instead of whistling!
