Vegan cocoa roll filled with vegetable cream recipe

The vegan cocoa roll filled with vegetable cream is truly outstanding. This dessert is ideal if you follow a vegan diet, but it is also suitable if you want to prepare a lighter dessert (you can also replace the vegetable cream with simple apricot jam).

Ingredients

  • 140 grams of granulated sugar
  • 125 ml of vegetable cream
  • 100 grams of flour 00
  • 30 gr of bitter cocoa
  • 1 sachet of vanillin
  • 125 ml of vegetable cream
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. To make your vegan cocoa roll filled with vegetable cream, first combine the vegetable cream, the vanillin sachet, and the granulated sugar with an electric whisk. When the mixture is well combined, start incorporating the 00 flour and unsweetened cocoa powder through a sieve or a flour spreader. Mix thoroughly from top to bottom.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then pour in the mixture and gently level with a spatula. Bake at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is slightly toasted. Remove from the oven and cool with the film still on.
  3. Separately, combine the vegetable cream and icing sugar in a mixing bowl. In any case, we recommend that you use already sweetened vegetable cream whenever possible, as it is better suited to this type of preparation. Spread the whipped cream on top of the biscuit and top with dark chocolate chips. Roll up the roll and place it in the fridge to cool.
  4. Cut your vegan cocoa roll filled with vegetable cream into convenient slices to serve.
  5. Aren't you a vegetarian? The sweet chocolate flower with cream and maraschino cherries can then be made.
