  • 250 g of natural soy yogurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • apple cider vinegar
  • sale

    1. Clean and peel the cucumber before grating it finely with a fine-mesh grater. Place the pulp in a colander and press it with a spoon to remove all liquids. Pour the yogurt into a mixing bowl, then add the oil, vinegar, and the garlic clove, cut in half.
    2. All that remains is to add the peeled cucumber and mix your sauce.
    3. Refrigerate the bowl with the vegan tzatziki for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. However, remember to remove the two garlic cloves before serving.
