Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a paste of garlic, neutral oil, salt, and pepper for at least an hour.
- Add the juice of 4 lemons and massage well before roasting. We have charcoal, embers, or a regular griddle. 1 hour total cooking time on medium-low heat.
- We accompany and enjoy ourselves.
