Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 chiles
  • 3 cdas lime zest
  • 1 board of directors sugar
  • 300 gr green beans
  • 125 ml coconut milk
  • Olive oil 0.4º
  • Shall
  • Black pepper

Instructions

    1. In a skillet, heat the oil and add the chopped seedless chilies, lime rind, and sugar. After 1 minute, add the coconut milk and continue to fry the ingredients. Allow the mixture to cook for another minute before setting it aside.
    2. Cut the beans lengthwise and blanch them in water and salt for two minutes.
    3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and fry them in a separate pan for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
    4. To serve, place the green beans on each plate and top with the cut chicken breasts. Finally, drizzle with the coconut sauce and serve.
