Mexican cocktails Michelada

Alternatively, the Mexican Bloody Mary. This drink is intriguing, especially because it appears to give professional and amateur bartenders equal opportunity to express their creative flair. There are thousands of Michelada combinations: light beer (the traditional way) or dark beer, tomato sauce yes or tomato sauce no (the drink is called Chelada in this case), and then the spicy note. Some people use Worcestershire sauce, followed by Tajin pepper salt. Clam juice can even be mixed into the Michelada. Here is our personal favorite recipe.
