Mack's tuna burgers


Low-fat, meat-free burgers that taste almost exactly like meat burgers. Great for the guy trying to lower cholesterol.

Ingredients
- 1 can (5 ounes) of tuna packed in water, drained
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Combine the tuna, teriyaki sauce, breadcrumbs and egg whites in a bowl until they are well combined and there are no large pieces of tuna left. Season with black pepper, garlic and hot sauce. Mix well and then form two empanadas.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers until browned on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.
