  • 1 can of crushed tomato
  • 500 gr of spaghetti
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 lemon in juice
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 400 g of minced meat
  • Fresh basil
  • Oregano
  • Parsley
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

  1. To make the Bolognese sauce, heat a generous jet of extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. When it's ready, we add the garlic clove, which has already been peeled and laminated, and cook it until it takes heat. Then we add the finely chopped onion and let it poach.
  2. When the onion has turned color, add the crushed tomato and reduce the heat to finish without turning the kitchen upside down. After a few minutes, we add the salt to taste, along with a tablespoon of sugar to neutralize the acidity of the tomato and a pinch of oregano and parsley. We thoroughly mixed everything together and cooked the tomato for about 15 minutes on low heat.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the minced meat with half a lemon juice and season with parsley and salt to taste. We heat extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and toss the meat in it until it is golden brown but not completely cooked.
  4. The meat is then added to the saucepan with the tomato sauce and allowed to finish simmering.
  5. While the spaghetti is cooking in a saucepan with plenty of water and a little salt to taste. When they are al dente, we drain them and place them in a saucepan of Bolognese sauce to absorb all of the meat and tomato flavor.
