Chicken escalopes recipe

We made them today with chicken fillets, the thinly filleted breast. We marinated them in garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt. Then we pass them through flour and beaten egg, leaving them in the egg for a while before frying them in a very small amount of oil that barely covers the pan. They're delicious and juicy.

  • 1 whole breast (both parts).
  • 2 eggs
  • Flour.
  • Crushed garlic
  • Parsley.
  • Olive oil.
  • Shall.


    1. We either thinly slice the chicken breast or buy it already prepared.
    2. Season with salt and pepper, and top with parsley and garlic.
    3. We whipped the eggs.
    4. We flour the fillets and then soak them in beaten egg for a while.
    5. We heat a little oil in a frying pan and make the fillets when it is very hot.
    6. We serve this dish with salad, chips, or vegetables.


  • They're almost grilled, and there's nothing greasy about them. As a salt, we can crush the garlic or use garlic powder.
