Grilled squid with salad

Grilling squid is a quick and easy way to prepare it. We'll season them with cumin, dill, and lemon. In addition, several sauces will be added to give them extra juiciness. Serve with a salad of your choice, but we recommend one with watercress, cucumber, and pepper. Simply delectable!

Ingredients
- 1 Kg of Squid
- 1.5 cc ground cumin
- 2 cs chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
- 60 ml Sweet Chili Sauce
- 60 ml of peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 teeth crushed garlic

- 1 unit sliced red pepper
- 140 g of watercress

Instructions
- In a small jug, combine the squid, cumin, dill, and sauces and mix well.

- The marinade should be drained and discarded.
- Cook the squid, unopened, on a hot, oiled grill until golden brown all over and cooked through. To keep warm, cover with a blanket.
- Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and thinly slice them. In a salad bowl, combine the cucumber, pepper, and watercress.
- Stir the reserved cumin mixture with the water. Pour over the salad and gently flip it. Serve the squid alongside the salad.
