Ingredients

  • 350 g of linguine
  • 2 potatoes
  • 50 g of green beans
  • 25 basil leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 25 g of pecorino
  • 25 g of Parmesan cheese
  • oil

Instructions

    1. To make the pesto, first wash and dry the basil leaves. Remove the garlic cloves from their skins. If you don't have a mortar and pestle, combine half a glass of oil, basil, garlic, and a pinch of salt in a blender and blend briefly on medium speed.
    2. Blend in the remaining two grated cheeses.
    3. Boil linguine, matchstick-cut potatoes, and green beans in a pot of salted water that has been brought to a boil.
    4. Drain everything with care. Season with pesto, toss, and serve.
