Total Time 40 minutes

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 she
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 sweet chili minced
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 lettuce, chopped
  • 1 big pope
  • 100 grams of ham
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • dressings

    1. We must begin preparing the meat filling by frying a small jet of oil for 3 minutes while chopping the onion, green chili, and garlic.
    2. We add our ingredients to the pot and cook for 2 minutes before adding the finely minced meat and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Allow the ingredients to cook while you chop the ham, tomatoes, lettuce, boiled and peeled eggs, and avocado if desired.
    4. Place the already chopped potatoes in a medium and clean container; in another additional container, add the kernels from the can of corn, but do not combine them yet.
    5. While the meat is finishing up, start heating the corn tortillas on a comal.
    6. Allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes before arranging the remaining ingredients on the table and assembling the tacos as desired.
