Jo Jo's potatoes


These are delicious, and you can change the spice mix to a Mexican flavor and serve with nacho cheese sauce.

Ingredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon lemon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon celery salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Combine the flour, garlic powder, lemon pepper, celery salt, onion powder, and seasoning salt in a shallow dish.
- Dip the potato slices in the egg, followed by the spice mixture.
- Preheat the fryer to 190° C. (375 degrees F). Fry the potatoes in hot oil for 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown. Cook in batches to keep the oil temperature stable. Drain for a few minutes on paper towels. Serve immediately.
