Ingredients

  • 1 cup of lemonade
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 egg

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
    2. Mix in the lemonade and cream until a smooth dough forms, then place on a floured surface.
    3. Knead the dough until it is 2 cm thick and cut with a floured cutter.
    4. Place on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Notes
